Our story
Ilídio Domingos — Construção Civil was founded in 1989 out of a passion for building spaces where families can grow. We started as a small family business in Torres Vedras, focused on detached homes on the West Coast.
Over more than three decades we have watched the region change. The small villages where we built our first houses became destinations for families who wanted to live near the sea without giving up easy access to Lisbon. We followed that growth closely, always with the same values: quality, honesty and delivering on time.
Today we are a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers and finishing specialists. Every home we build is unique and thought through in detail — because we know that for our clients it is not «a house», it is the house.

Founded
Ilídio Domingos starts building in Torres Vedras, focused on detached family homes across the West region.
- 1995
First homes in Silveira
We complete our first residential projects in A-dos-Cunhados and Silveira, the start of a lasting presence along the coast.
- 2005
The team grows
Architects, engineers and finishing specialists join the team, letting us follow each build from drawing to handover.

Santa Cruz and Caixeiros
New developments in Santa Cruz and the Caixeiros area, with modern homes five minutes from the West Coast beaches.
